Any woman, overweight or thin, is likely to have cellulite. Cellulite is manifested in the lumpy, uneven appearance of the skin, caused by excess fat in the connective tissue. The thighs, where many women accumulate excess fat, is one of the most common for the development of cellulite areas, but there are many ways to reduce their appearance.
Reduce total body fat. Biologically, is not much difference between fat and cellulite from the body. Therefore, the most effective way to reduce cellulite is to decrease excess body fat overall. The more excess fat you lose, your skin will look smoother by reducing cellulite.
Develop your muscles. Increase muscle mass can help you look firmer and toned together. Women lose five pounds replacing fat with 15 per decade of adult life. This can increase the signs of cellulite. Since fat is very soft, it does not keep our skin taut as the muscles do. Also, occupy more space and therefore produces lumps. Increasing toning muscles with exercises and effort you can reduce body fat and cellulite and get your thighs look smoother and firmer.
Try yoga. Some experts say that yoga exercises can help get rid of cellulite by increasing lymphatic circulation. Cellulite is a symptom of lack of lymphatic circulation. We recommend positions reversed as the shoulder to stand and plow.
Try a cellulite cream. Although it has not been scientifically proven that a cream can eliminate superficial cellulite, there are some on the market that can help improve the appearance of your skin. Many contain caffeine or coffee extract that tightens blood vessels and temporarily supple the skin. Others contain antioxidants or anti-inflammatory ingredients that stimulate blood circulation, temporarily smoothing the appearance of the skin.
