5 natural remedies for pigmentation spots

People search for perfection in beauty and pigmentation spots are not a part in this picture. The appearance of brown spots on the face, neck or arms , is something unpleasant, especially for women, because they often can not be concealed even by makeup.

Pigmentation spots are the result of several factors, such as hormonal imbalance, excessive sun exposure, vitamin deficiency or pregnancy . Fortunately, there are many remedies. Here are some natural remedies for pigmentation spots :

1. Lemon juice
Squeeze a lemon and dip some cotton disks in the juice. Apply them to the problem area and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse with water. Repeat this treatment 14 days in a row. In the case of sensitive skin, dilute lemon juice with honey or rosewater.

2. Potatoes
Potatoes are rich in antioxidants, and thus are suitable for this cause. Apply potato slices directly on the stain and leave them for 30 minutes. You can also scrape a potato and mix it with lemon. Apply the mixture twice a week.

3. Barley
The powder of oatmeal can exfoliate the skin. Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with oatmeal until it became a paste. Apply the paste gently, leave it 10 minutes then rinse with water. Repeat treatment once or twice a week.

4. Buttermilk
Another beneficial ingredient can be the whey. Lactic acid reduces skin pigmentation. Mix 4 tablespoons of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse with water. Repeat this 5 times a week, until the results are visible.
If you do not have buttermilk, use fresh milk with honey and leave it on for 10 minutes. Repeat daily.

5. Almond Milk
To prepare the almond milk, leave almonds to soak overnight. Peel and mix them in a blender with some water. Add half a teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of sandalwood. Apply the mixture on the spots and let it act 30 minutes. Repeat treatment every now and then.
